Answer:

A. Wilms Tumor - False: this is a renal mass lesion. The lesion in question is suprarenal.

B. Neuroblastoma - False: this is a suprarenal lesion. However, neuroblastomas affect a younger patient population.

C. Myelolipoma - False: This is a suprarenal lesion. However, myelolipomas do not demonstrate high T2 signal.

D. Paraganglioma - TRUE: When involving the adrenal medulla this is also known as a pheochromocytoma and typically has very high T2 signal.
