

W. Dean Wallace, MD is a pathologist in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He specializes in renal and pulmonary pathology. His also is Assistant Professor of Pathology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr. Wallace has authored a number of peer-reviewed scientific articles primarily in the area of transplant pathology. He is actively involved with medical student teaching at UCLA and has been invited to give several talks locally and regionally. Board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, Dr. Wallace also reviews articles for the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association and is a co-investigator on grants investigating therapeutic options for renal transplant patients.
Dr. Wallace received his medical degree from Rush University in Chicago. He completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and a fellowship in renal and pulmonary pathology at UCLA Medical Center.
