
Myles Cohen, MD is a board-certified orthopedic and hand surgeon practicing with the Cedars-Sinai Medical Group. He is the Director of Hand and Upper Extremity Reconstructive Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Orthopaedic Center.
Dr. Cohen attended the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University, New York City. He obtained a bachelor's from Princeton University, Princeton, N.J. He performed his surgery internship at University of California, Los Angeles, Center for Health Sciences. His residencies in general surgery and orthopedic surgery were also performed at UCLA. Dr. Cohen was the Christine Kleinert Fellow in Hand Surgery at the University of Louisville.
Before joining Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in 1995, Dr. Cohen was in private practice for hand surgery. Among his many accomplishments are chief of surgery and vice-chief of surgery, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; chairman of the reapportionment, appointment, proctoring, privileging and peer review committee, Department of Surgery, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; member of the Medical Executive Committee, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Member of the Board of Directors, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; and clinical professor of surgery, University of Southern California School of Medicine.
