M. Jonathon Solnik, MD

Director, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery

Jonathon Solnik, MD is Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Solnik is also an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Dr. Solnik's primary clinical and research interests include the use of advanced laparoscopic techniques for gynecologic surgery. His studies have been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, including the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Journal of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

Dr. Solnik is a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

Dr. Solnik received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis (UCD) and his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Emory University School of Medicine and a minimally invasive surgery fellowship at Magee-Women's Hospital in Pittsburgh.
