Reducing patients' exposure to radiation is an important goal at Cedars-Sinai. Now patients undergoing a coronary CTA at the medical center can receive a MINIDOSE coronary CTA that reduces radiation exposure by up to 75 percent below the current standard.

Free Wireless Internet Service is Available to Cedars-Sinai Patients and Visitors

Patients and visitors can connect to Cedars-Sinai's wireless Internet service by going to their laptop or handheld device's wireless network configuration screen and selecting the local wireless network called "CSGUEST."

We've made some changes to Web/VS to provide you with more useful information in the new navigation bar. Once you log into Web/VS, a navigation bar will appear across the top of the window. We are currently displaying:

• Date and time of your last login;
• Number of days until your account expires;
• Number of days until your password expires;
• Digital certificate expiration information (applicable only with remote access);
• A print icon that will print whichever patient listing is currently being displayed.

"The Long Journey: Transplantation Stories" Special Photo Exhibit

Photographer and writer Rich Nahmias spent several months chronicling the work of the Comprehensive Transplant Center's team to tell the stories of two patients waiting for a liver transplant.
