Outpatient Cancer Services

The Cedars-Sinai Outpatient Cancer Center provides state-of-the-art cancer services to both adult and children entirely on an outpatient basis. The center is open 24 hours a day all year round.

Services include chemotherapy administration, symptom management, radiation oncology, medical oncology, pediatric oncology, gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, laboratory services, pharmacy services, pain management, nutritional support, psychosocial services, diagnostic radiology and a breast screening program.

Of the highly skilled, experienced oncology nurses who staff the Center, 50% are oncology certified nurses (OCN). Other staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nutritionists, pain management professionals and art therapists. Support groups are also available to help patients and families meet their social and emotional needs during treatment and recovery.
