The orthopedic surgeons at the Cedars-Sinai Institute for Joint Replacement are among the leading experts in hip and knee replacements in the country.

Participating physicians must meet strict experience and training criteria. All surgeons are board certified in orthopedics, and many are fellowship trained, adding a yet higher level of expertise.

Many of the Institute's surgeons participate in research and publish findings in the joint replacement field. They also consult in the development of joint prostheses and train other physicians in the latest surgical techniques.

The Institute's physicians work closely with each other and referring physicians to determine the best pre- and post-operative care for each patient and ensure continuity of care.
