Sergio J. Farber, PhD is Scientific Co-Director of the Core Laboratory in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Board certified in Clinical Chemistry, Dr. Farber is a charter fellow of the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry and a member of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry and of the Clinical Ligand Assay Society.
Dr. Farber received his master's and doctorate degrees from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He completed postdoctoral research in the Department of Chemistry at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
