
Noam Drazin, MD is an attending physician at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (CSMC) with practices in the Outpatient Cancer Center at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute, and with the Cedars-Sinai Medical Group. Dr. Drazin specializes in hematology and oncology. He is committed to treating a wide range of cancers including breast, gastrointestinal, lung and urologic malignancies. In addition, Dr. Drazin cares for patients with leukemia, lymphoma and those who require bone marrow transplantation. He also has a special interest in benign hematology.
Dr. Drazin is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Medical Association and American College of Physicians. He is also certified in microscopic bone marrow examination.
Building close ties to the community, Dr. Drazin offers lectures and question-and-answer sessions on the latest therapies and treatments in cancer research. He has completed intensive training in effective communication with cancer patients and their families, and he participates in and encourages enrollment in clinical trials to ensure access to frontier treatments.
Dr. Drazin earned his bachelor's degree from Boston University, College of Liberal Arts. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at CSMC, serving as Chief Resident. Dr. Drazin's hematology/oncology fellowship training was at the CSMC and Olive View/University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center combined program. He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.
