The Department of Neurosurgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center sponsors community conferences that are open to the general public.

Outsmarting Brain Tumors Conference for Patients, Families and Caregivers

Saturday, June 13th, 2009

Topics included a discussion of promising therapeutic discoveries for brain tumors, as well as information on other surgical and nonsurgical treatment options available today. Participants had the opportunity to learn the latest information on the emotional aspect of living with this disease, as well as guided imagery and holistic techniques.
