For Visiting Community Clergy
Patients and their families are welcome to be visited by their own spiritual representatives. The Chaplaincy Department has clergy courtesy cards available for ordained members of the clergy who regularly visit the hospital.A clergy courtesy card may be obtained from the Chaplaincy Office on the Plaza Level during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
The clergy courtesy card provides for clergy parking as well as access, as appropriate, to patient floors and care areas.
The Chaplaincy Department will do everything possible to allow patients access to their clergy while not endangering other patients, families, visitors or staff. If there is a question or problem related to a visit by a community clergy member, please contact the Chaplaincy Department at (310) 423-5550 (Extension 3-5550 if you're on campus) for assistance.
