Kevin J. Drury, MD

Cardiology

J. Kevin Drury, MD is an attending cardiologist with the Division of Cardiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center.

Dr. Drury's primary clinical interests include the non-surgical treatment of coronary artery disease, the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure and the treatment of patient with valvular heart disease. Dr. Drury also has a special interest and training in the evaluation and treatment of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Dr. Drury is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Heart Association. Dr. Drury is also an experienced researcher. He has been involved in the early evaluation of novel treatments for ischemic heart disease and in the development of contrast agents for use in echocardiography.

Dr. Drury received his bachelor's and medical degrees from Mc Gill University in Montreal, Canada. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Sunnybrook Medical Center in Toronto, Canada. He completed his fellowship in cardiology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Drury has been at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California since 1981.
