Regina L. Edmond, MD is an attending physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Edmond's main clinical and research interests include prenatal care for low risk and high risk pregnancies, management of uterine fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, abnormal pap smears, chronic vaginal infections, fertility issues and minimally invasive surgical techniques, such as hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Dr. Edmond has presented research studies on a national level.
Dr. Edmond completed her undergraduate studies at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, medical school at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Lansing, Michigan and her residency training at Martin Luther King Jr./Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Edmond has also received certification from the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. She incorporates nutritional and environmental factors as part of her holistic approach to individualized care for her patients.
