William Collins, MD
William Collins, MD is a hospitalist with the Cedars-Sinai Inpatient Specialty Program. He is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Collins’ research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Human Molecular Genetics, Malaria Journal, and the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.
After earning his bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Duke University, Dr. Collins went on to earn his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of California, San Diego. During his academic career, Dr. Collins received the Biology Faculty Award from Duke University and the Heather Lochmuller Award from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
