Dennis H. Kim, MD, MPH
Dennis Kim, MD is a board certified urologist at the Center for Women’s Continence and Pelvic Health at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
After earning his bachelor’s degree with a double major in chemistry and cellular and molecular biology at the University of Michigan, Dr. Kim earned a master’s degree in public health from the University of California at Los Angeles. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
He completed his urology residency at the Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in Los Angeles and then finished his sub-specialty training completing a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Florida in incontinence, voiding dysfunction, and female and male reconstructive urology.
Dr. Kim has published numerous urologic articles in peer-reviewed journals such as Urology, the Journal of Pelvic Medicine and Surgery, Case Reports in Medicine, Current Urology, Advances in Urology, Archives of Gynecology and Obstetrics, and the Journal of Endourology. He is a contributing author in the book Pelvic Floor Disorders and was an associate editor of Surgical Recall, 3rd Edition.
Dr. Kim is a member of several professional organizations including the American Urologic Association, the Society for Female Urology and Urodynamics, the Los Angeles Urological Society and the Endourological Society.
