Sheryl Lewin, MD is a surgeon in the Department of Surgery at Cedars-Sinai. 

Dr. Lewin's main clinical and research interests involve pediatric reconstructive surgery, including ear reconstruction for patients with microtia (ear malformations) and surgery for cleft lip and palate. Dr. Lewin specializes in a leading-edge technique for ear reconstruction utilizing a "synthetic" implant that can be performed in children as young as three years of age. She also has expertise in the surgical removal of large or complex congenital lesions, such and hemangiomas, vascular and pigmented birthmarks (nevi). Severe lesions may require complex reconstruction, using skin grafts, flaps or other techniques for improved postoperative appearance.

Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Lewin received her bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and her medical degree from Stanford University. She completed her plastic surgery residency at the University of Southern California and her Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
