Adrienne Youdim, MD is Medical Director of the Center for Weight Loss at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She also is an attending physician and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Her primary clinical and research interests involve obesity and preventive medicine.
Dr. Youdim lectures extensively to physicians, students and medical residents on obesity, weight management and the medical care of weight loss surgery patients.
Dr. Youdim is board certified in internal medicine and as a physician nutrition specialist. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, The Obesity Society and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
Dr. Youdim earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. She completed an internship and a residency at Cedars-Sinai, as a well as a fellowship in general internal medicine.
