Anna Solt, MD
Director, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry
Anna Solt, MD is the Director of Cedars-Sinai's Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry within the Department of Psychiatry and Neurosciences. Dr. Solt is board-certified in psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine.
Dr. Solt earned her medical degree from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico UNAM School of Medicine in Mexico City and completed an internship at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubirán in Mexico City. Dr. Solt completed a residency in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, a fellowship in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute, and a fellowship in psychosomatic medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital. During her academic career, Dr. Solt received several honors and awards including the National Institute of Mental Health Outstanding Resident Award and a Harvard South Shore Psychiatry Residency Program Special Award.
Dr. Solt's research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals including, Environmental Health Perspectives, Pediatric Pulmonology, Toxicological Sciences and the American Journal of Respiratory Cell and Molecular Biology. Her current research interests include delirium identification and prevention.
Dr. Solt is a member of the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine, American Psychiatric Association and American Medical Association.
