American Parkinson Disease Support Group

Aphasia Community Group
Meeting for over a decade, and with many long-time members, this group is for individuals who struggle to communicate as a result of a stroke, head injury or brain tumor. Group sessions offer weekly interaction and conversation in a supportive environment with other individuals who have had a stroke, head injury or brain tumor. Brain Aneurysm Educational Support Group
This support group provides support and information for individuals who have had a brain aneurysm.
Brain Tumor Educational Support Group
The Brain Tumor Educational Support Group is for patients, family members and caregivers to share their experiences, get answers to questions and learn more about treatment options.

Cardiac Support Group
The cardiac support group provides information and support for patients diagnosed with heart disease.

Education and Supportive Care for Pancreatitis (ESCAPE)
ESCAPE provides outpatient and peer support to patients with pancreatic diseases and their significant others.
Good Beginnings
Good Beginnings provides emotional support and wide variety of services for families of infants hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Liver Transplant Support Group

Mild Cognitive Disorder Support Group
The Mild Cognitive Disorder Community Group is a community support group for individuals with mild cognitive challenges as the result of stroke, head injury, or neurological related illness. Multi-Organ Support Group

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Support Group

Stroke Support Groups
"Yes I Can" Stroke Support Group offers peer and professional support to stroke survivors over 18 years of age. "One Stroke Ahead" Young Persons' Stroke Support Group provides support for younger stroke survivors, 18 to 55 years of age. Twelve-Step Programs Support Groups
