HIV therapeutics, novel antimicrobials for drug-resistant infections

Research Contributions

First report of pyomyositis in a patient with Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome, participation in multicenter clinical trial of fluconazole for suppression of HIV-associated cryptococcal meningitis and ciprofloxacin for bacterial infections, report of primary HIV-1 infection in pregnancy and group B streptococcal tricuspid valve endocarditis following a therapeutic abortion.
