History: 30 year old healthy male presents with palpable non-tender scrotal mass. An ultrasound is obtained for further evaluation.

Question: What are the salient findings?
- Hypervascularintratesticular mass.
- Complex, partially cystic epididymal mass.
- Testicular microlithiasis
- Lack of blood flow to the testicle suggesting testicular torsion.
