History: 30 year old healthy male presents with palpable non-tender scrotal mass. An ultrasound is obtained for further evaluation.

Question: What are the salient findings?

1. Hypervascularintratesticular mass.
2. Complex, partially cystic epididymal mass.
3. Testicular microlithiasis
4. Lack of blood flow to the testicle suggesting testicular torsion.
