Resources for Nurses

Cedars-Sinai is proud of its nurses. For 10 consecutive years, they have been named "best nurses" of all Los Angeles area hospitals in an annual consumer survey conducted by National Research Corporation.

In 2008 Cedars-Sinai was re-awarded the Magnet Excellence in Nursing designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Cedars-Sinai is one of only six hospitals to receive this designation three times. In 2000 Cedars-Sinai became the first medical center in Southern California to receive Magnet designation. The ANCC found that Cedars-Sinai's nursing services "represent the highest standards in the nation and internationally."
