The Center for Weight Loss offers free educational seminars for anyone interested in learning more about the weight loss surgery options offered at Cedars-Sinai. Risks, benefits, complications and the process are discussed. Presentations are given by one of our physicians and the Clinical Program Coordinator.

A support group for stroke survivors age 18 and older, their caregivers, and families
Every 2nd Thursday of the month from 2 to 4 p.m.

There is a different topic of interest and speaker at each meeting. The group provides social interactions and activities with peers in a supportive environment.

A support group for stroke survivors ages 18 to 55, their caregivers, and families.
Third Thursday of the month from 6:30 to 8 p.m..

At Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, you can take advantage of a complete series of interesting and informative classes. No other medical center in the Los Angeles area offers as many childbirth and parenting classes as we do. All expectant parents are invited to attend our classes, even if you are not having your baby at Cedars-Sinai.
