Kristy Kim

Kristy Kim, MD, also known as Yungae Kristy Kim-Cha, MD, is a board certified internist and board certified in pulmonologist, with Cedars-Sinai Health Associates.

She completed her undergraduate studies at University of California-Berkeley where she received a bachelor's degree with honors in neurobiology. She received her medical degree from University of California at Davis. She performed her residency in internal medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she also completed a fellowship in pulmonary medicine.

She is currently Clinical Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at David Geffen University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine. Dr. Kim has served as a president of Korean American Medical Association, as well as a member of board of director of American Lung Association in Los Angeles. She has been published in the American Heart Journal.
