Taz E. Varkey MD

Taz E. Varkey, MD, is an obstetrician/gynecologist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Varkey's main clinical interests are in management of the abnormal pap, contraception and family planning.

Dr. Varkey earned her bachelor of science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and her medical degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Medicine where she received a Dean's Scholar Award. She also performed a USC Summer Oncology Fellowship.

Dr. Varkey completed her internship and residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where, she received the Berlex "Best Teaching Resident Award." She is a board certified member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
