Expanding Medical Knowledge
Research into the use of advanced imaging technologies to improve screening diagnosis and treatment of cancers is an ongoing process at the S. Mark Taper Foundation Imaging Center. Currently, this research includes comparisons of minimally invasive, image-guided treatment of liver cancer with traditional surgery.
