- Left nephrectomy and large right renal mass.
- Left nephrectomy and moderate right renal hydronephrosis.
- Cross-fused renal ectopia with an impacted stone in the proximal ureter of the lower pole moiety causing moderate hydronephrosis.
- Moderate hydronephrosis of a right-sided horseshoe kidney due to an impacted stone in the right distal ureter.
