Question: What is the diagnosis?

  1. Left nephrectomy and large right renal mass.
  2. Left nephrectomy and moderate right renal hydronephrosis.
  3. Cross-fused renal ectopia with an impacted stone in the proximal ureter of the lower pole moiety causing moderate hydronephrosis.
  4. Moderate hydronephrosis of a right-sided horseshoe kidney due to an impacted stone in the right distal ureter.
