Beth Sobel, RD
Beth Sobel is a certified registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and Cedars-Sinai Health Associates.
Beth earned a bachelor's of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned a master's of Science degree in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington where she was the recipient of multiple scholarships for academic excellence and involvement in community outreach efforts. Beth completed her dietetic internship at the Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
Beth has a variety of clinical experience in nutrition and wellness. At the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Los Angeles, Beth worked as a dietitian and lifestyle coach for the diabetes prevention program. She has also worked as a dietitian in multiple integrative and functional medicine health centers in Los Angeles and Seattle and with a variety of corporate wellness programs, where she provided individualized and group based medical nutrition therapy and nutrition and lifestyle counseling. She also has experience providing mental health support services for individuals and with community based programs. In addition to nutritional health, Beth also values physical health. When she is not providing nutrition education to her patients, she is also a yoga instructor.
