Christopher Fitzgerald, MD
Christopher Fitzgerald, MD, is an internal medicine and pediatric physician practicing with Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and Cedars-Sinai Health Associates.
As part of a combined program, Dr. Fitzgerald earned his undergraduate degree and medical doctorate at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics through the University of Missouri-Kansas City at Truman Medical Center, St. Luke’s Hospital and Children’s Mercy Hospital.
Throughout his academic career and medical training, Dr. Fitzgerald was actively involved in community organizations and has received many honors and awards that highlight his clinical excellence and compassion for the patients he serves. Among others, Dr. Fitzgerald has received the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society recognition and the Humanitarian Award for selfless service during a natural disaster in Missouri. For many years he served as a volunteer for the Sojourner Free Health Clinic in Kansas City, Missouri and was a preventative educator for the Dramatic A.I.D.S. Education Project.
He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Physicians, and the Physician Committee for Responsible Medicine.
In addition to English, Dr. Fitzgerald is fluent in Spanish and is conversational in French.
