Neurovascular Center
Under the direction of Michael Alexander, MD, the Neurovascular Center treats the full range of neurovascular conditions and is a multi-disciplinary center dedicated to treating both adult and pediatric patients who have vascular disorders affecting the brain and spinal cord. Dr. Alexander’s team coordinates services in neurovascular surgery, neurointervention, stroke neurology, vascular stereotactic radiosurgery, neuro-intensive care, and neurovascular medicine.
The nationally and internationally renowned experts within the center ensure that patients receive the most advanced therapies available through comprehensive services provided at one of the top ranked hospitals in the country. State-of-the-art 3D angiographic imaging in a new imaging suite allows interventional surgeons to more precisely diagnose and treat neurovascular problems that could not be visualized using older systems.
