The Cedars-Sinai Industrial Health Program is dedicated to the evaluation, diagnoses and treatment of work injuries and related conditions. The program treats the full range of disorders that cause pain and disability, such as herniated and ruptured discs, lower back and neck pain, lacerations, carpal tunnel syndrome and orthopedic and spine trauma.
Doctor office visits, state-of-the-art X-rays, MRIs, physical therapy and postoperative rehabilitation are all centralized for patient convenience and ease of treatment. The center offers interventional pain management treatments, diagnostic blocks and a full range of treatment options, from consultations and physical therapy to complex surgical reconstruction, minimally invasive surgical procedures (arthroscopy, hernia and spine, etc.), stabilization and artificial disc replacement where appropriate.
The program's doctors and specialists are dedicated to developing new techniques to manage industrial injuries conservatively. Our team has been at the forefront of the development of instrumentation for surgery, including several clinical trials. This research focuses on bringing more effective ways to relieve spine and back pain for our patients.
Insurance qualifications and work-related injuries can be quite complicated so patients should contact the Orthopaedic Center for a one-on-one discussion of their particular situation. The Orthopaedic Center can be reached at 310-423-4566.
