Foot and Ankle Program

The Foot and Ankle Program at Cedars-Sinai offers care for a full range of disorders, injuries and conditions that affect the feet and ankles of adults and children over the age of 13.

Under the direction of Glenn Pfeffer, MD, the experienced orthopaedic surgeons at the Foot and Ankle Program at Cedars-Sinai use minimally invasive surgical techniques to correct foot and ankle injuries and conditions. These techniques generally cause less pain and allow patients to recover more quickly and with fewer complications.

In addition to orthopaedic surgeons trained in state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical equipment and techniques, patients at the Foot and Ankle Program at Cedars-Sinai are cared for by a team of specialists and highly skilled nurses.

The Cedars-Sinai orthopaedic surgeons work in partnership with the patient's physician to determine the best course of treatment for each individual. The referring physician is kept informed of the patient's progress. When the patient returns to his or her original physician the doctors and other specialists at the Foot and Ankle Program at Cedars-Sinai remain available for consultation.
