Pediatric Neuropsychology

The Pediatric Neuropsychology Service offers assessment and treatment services to pediatric inpatients and outpatients under the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center


Any child who has been diagnosed with a neurological condition may be seen by one of our pediatric neuropsychologists.  Patients younger than age 3 may be seen on a case-by-case basis in our outpatient clinic, depending on the referral question.  Some examples of the conditions and disorders treated by our service include:

  • Brain tumor
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Stroke
  • Epilepsy (seizures)
  • Hydrocephalus
  • Genetic conditions
  • Neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum conditions

The services provided include:

  • Pediatric neuropsychological assessment and treatment
  • General cognitive rehabilitation
  • A multidisciplinary approach
