Cedars-Sinai Urology Center

The Urology Center offers comprehensive management of those with stones, tumors and other diseases of the urologic system, including the kidneys, bladder and prostate gland. The center provides complete care, from diagnosis to treatment, with thorough continuity of care.

In close association with the Minimally Invasive Urology Program, the center is one of the premier centers in using minimally invasive surgical techniques to correct urinary and kidney problems. Compared to open surgery, minimally invasive surgery may require only a few small incisions or none at all. If your physician determines that you are an appropriate candidate for minimally invasive surgery, this means you may have less pain, faster recovery and fewer complications than with open surgery.

Center physicians work closely with experts in prostate cancer at the Louis Warschaw Prostate Cancer Center in innovative research techniques. Center physicians also work closely with the Center for Women's Continence and Pelvic Health, and urologic experts in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology to provide an integrated, multi-disciplinary system of diagnostic and treatment options for patients with conditions of the urologic system.
