Aspirin reduces the blood's tendency to clot in blood vessels after a heart attack. Taking aspirin after a heart attack has been shown to reduce the chances of having another heart attack.
This measure reports the percentage of heart attack patients who were prescribed aspirin before they left the hospital.
A higher score is better than a lower score.
