Graduate Education

The office of Graduate Research Education oversees the following programs:

  • Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine
    Cedars-Sinai's  focuses on the translation of scientific discoveries into the application of therapies, treatments, and cures. Our program merges scientific and translational medicine curricula with mentoring by researchers and clinicians, as well as broad exposure to clinical medicine. Graduates earn a doctoral degree in Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine.
  • Clinical Scholars Program
    The Clinical Scholars Program is directed towards fellows and junior faculty of Cedars-Sinai with aspirations to become clinical scientists.  The goal is the creation of a successful clinical scientist who will have an impact on a field of clinical and translational research upon graduating from the program.
  • Post-doctoral Program
    Cedars-Sinai offers a formal training curriculum available for those who have completed their doctoral studies.  This post-doctoral research position works under the supervision of a Principal Investigator (PI).  Post-Doctoral Fellows have the expectation of and the opportunity for collaborative and independent research and publication of findings.
  • Immunobiology Training Program
