Rev. Pamela Lazor, MDiv, is an ACPE certified educator and serves as manager for the Cedars-Sinai Clinical Pastoral Education Program. She is ordained in the Presbyterian Church in U.S. and is an ACPE-certified educator for clinical pastoral education.

Rev. Lazor completed her clinical pastoral education internship, residency and supervisory training in the UCLA Health System. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and systematic theology, an honors degree in systematic theology from Rhodes University in South Africa, and a master's of divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.

Rev. Lazor served for 12 years at Los Angeles-area Presbyterian churches as a director of ministries for children, youth, college students, families and visitations; and as a preacher and teacher.

Her chaplaincy experience includes psychiatry, oncology, neonatal, transplant (liver and kidney) and general hospital ministry. She served for three years as a clinical pastoral education supervisor in the Spiritual Care Department at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, and for two years as the manager and clinical pastoral education supervisor of the Spiritual Care Department at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center. At Cedars-Sinai, she launched the first clinical pastoral education program less than a year after her start date. She supervises between six and 12 clinical pastoral education students per unit.

Rev. Lazor is a recipient of the ACPE's Emerging Leader Award, has served as the chair of the ACPE Pacific Area's accreditation committee and is the chair of the ACPE national Accreditation Commission.
