Confidentiality is the cornerstone of a successful Work & Life Matters Program. Sharing personal or work-related problems on the job can be a serious concern, especially if there is a worry that the information shared might get back to a supervisor or co-workers.
Our EAP Specialists are licensed by the State of California and bound by its confidentiality laws and ethical standards. All Work & Life Matters client information and organizational consulting activities are treated confidentially, and may be released only by written consent of the client or as required by law.
