Coverage for Medi-Cal Participants

We are pleased to announce that the Cedars-Sinai Primary Adult Care Clinic and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center are in-network for Molina Medi-Cal members enrolled with one of our Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) who will oversee the care provided by our internal medicine residents at the Primary Adult Care Clinic to serve Molina's Medi-Cal members aged 21 and older.*

*As with any HMO plan, there is a defined specialist network, and all non-emergent care must be coordinated by your PCP and may require prior authorization from Molina Health.

Cedars-Sinai is contracted with ConcertoPACE for hospital services. To qualify for these services and other PACE programs, you must:

• Be 55 years or older.
• Meet the requirement for skilled nursing home care as determined by an assessment by the PACE organization’s interdisciplinary team.
• Be certified by the California Department of Health Care Services.
• Live in a service area (county and ZIP code) served by a PACE program.
• Be able to live in the community without jeopardizing your health or safety.
