If you enroll in a HMO plan, you must choose a primary care doctor in either the Cedars-Sinai Medical Group or Cedars-Sinai Health Associates and be referred to specialists within these groups.

Please note not all physicians participate in Medicare Advantage plans. After you have narrowed down your coverage choice, if physician availability is important to you, please call the health plan to confirm specific physicians will be in the product you choose. If you enroll in an HMO plan, you will be required to select a primary care physician in Cedars-Sinai Medical Group or Cedars-Sinai Health Associates and be referred to specialists within the physician network.
