Financial Assistance Information

We are committed to providing quality healthcare to everyone in the community who needs it, regardless of the ability to pay.

Financial Assistance Programs

Financial assistance is based on a patient’s income and ability to pay. Full financial aid is available to patients whose income and monetary assets are at or below 200 percent of this year’s federal poverty level ($49,200 for a family of four in 2017). People earning up to 450 percent of the federal poverty level ($110,700 for a family of four in 2017) may be able to get partial assistance.  This chart will help you determine your financial potential assistance level.
