Growing Resiliency and Courage with Cancer (GRACE)
This interactive program helps you develop strategies to strengthen resilience and enhance wellbeing despite your difficult circumstances.

For cancer survivors who can commit to one session a week for six weeks. Space is limited.

Gentle Yoga for Wellness
Safe, stress-relieving classes are specifically tailored to meet the needs of those who are in treatment or post-treatment. Gentle postures, breathing and meditation techniques help you carefully stretch the body, improve circulation and range of motion, and ease stress. Classes are safe for those with neuropathy and lymphedema.

Qi Gong
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that combines movement, self-massage, meditation and breathing. Through slow movement, you obtain a meditative state that fosters positivity and confidence. Free classes are taught by Michael Sieverts.

Adolescents and Teens Lifestyle and Survivorship (ATLAS)
ATLAS is a 12-week comprehensive wellness program open to adolescents and young adults between the ages of 14 and 25 who are undergoing or have undergone treatment for cancer. This program includes small group exercise 3 times a week for 12 weeks. Exercise sessions will include circuit training, games, strength-enhancing activities, and community-building activities. As well, this program provides Wellness Chats about exercise and fitness, nutrition, cognitive function, and psychosocial care. ATLAS aims to educate adolescents and your adults about the importance of healthy habits and help to foster connections with their peers to foster community.

Advanced Care Planning Class

Cedars-Sinai Medical Network offers resources to help you complete your Advance Healthcare Directive form and guide your loved ones and caregivers in determining the treatment you want. This free class will assist in answering your questions and personalizing your forms.

Discussion topics may include:

  • How to designate someone to speak for you should you be unable to make your own healthcare decisions
  • How to discuss priorities and wishes with your family
  • Your most important goals in the event your health worsens
