Answer: A) Colon cancer is most common metastasis to ovary, followed inorder of prevalence by stomach (Krukenberg tumor), breast, lung, and cancer of contralateral ovary.

The patient subsequently underwent examination with CT, which revealed
wall thickening of the distal antrum, pylorus, and proximal duodenum. Views through the pelvis were consistent with complex bilateral adnexal cysticneoplasms (selected attenuations: 1.26 HU, 27.90 HU, 39.95 HU).
