Case of the Month June 2014

HPI: a 66-year-old male with a history of ESRD, DMII, status post pancreas and kidney transplant, CAD, history of cardiac arrest, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, obesity and hyperlipidemia presents with acute left neck swelling and pain. 

A non-contrast CT of the neck was acquired for evaluation of the region.
