The gated CT also noted moderate calcification of the coronary arteries without significant stenosis.

 

 

 

These images demonstrate a moderately calcified but patent left main coronary artery. Note the severe calcification along the left coronary cusp (yellow arrow).

The patient underwent transfemoral transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) using a 26 mm Edwards Sapien S3 valve without complication.
