Cedars-Sinai's opportunities to bring innovative medical solutions to patients around the world are enhanced through its partnerships with international institutions and companies.
In 2000, the Cedars-Sinai Technology Transfer Office began building an international network through its association with leading hospitals and research institutes in Central and Eastern Europe. Since that time we have expanded this network to include institutions in Spain, Uruguay, Hong Kong and South Korea.
Our team is committed to having every invention and discovery from both our researchers and international partners reach its full potential.
Through our international outreach efforts, we aim to:
- Learn about technology transfer internationally
- Enhance our IP portfolio though international partnerships
- Find markets for our technologies outside the U.S.
- Identify opportunities for investment
- Exchange best practices to identify improvement opportunities
