The Cedars-Sinai Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship trains anesthesiologists to become experts in the perioperative care of patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery and procedures. The Smidt Heart Institute at Cedars-Sinai is the top cardiology and heart surgery center in the Western United States, allowing our fellows to be surrounded by - and contribute to - a culture of excellence in all facets of their practice, from patient care to research. Our goal is to graduate a diverse set of cardiothoracic anesthesiologists that are exceedingly prepared to begin the next phase of their chosen careers.
