Training & Curriculum
The first year is dedicated to clinical neuro-oncology, dealing with primary and metastatic brain tumors in outpatient and inpatient settings and with neurological complications of cancer.
The optional second year adds opportunities for clinical or basic research coupled with more independent patient care management.
As a UCNS (United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties)-accredited program in neuro-oncology, it is our expectation that graduates of the program will take the certification examination at the completion of the program.
