Fellows will have a fund to pay for national association conferences, textbooks, professional organization dues and board exams.
Fellows will lead case conferences and help with resident education in the form of clinic and formal resident didactics.
Applications for a California medical license should be submitted as soon as your contract is finalized.
Days generally start around 8:30 a.m. and involve patient care, research activities or both, depending on the curriculum in the specific area of training. Lunchtime frequently is coupled with neurology didactic lectures or conferences—these may be in the fellow's subspecialty area, and if not, the fellow is welcome to attend.
