Program Testimonials

Cedars-Sinai is a world class institution located in one of the most desirable places to live in the country. As fellows in Vascular and Endovascular surgery, we have the unique advantage of training under both private practice and academic vascular surgeons. We experience a wide variety of complex pathologies and the high case volume one would expect from a quaternary referral center in the second largest city in America. We are well trained in both open and endovascular surgery and have access to the latest and most innovative technologies on the market. As a high-volume, level 1 trauma center, there is an abundance of vascular trauma, both penetrating and blunt, and we work closely with our trauma surgery colleagues to provide high quality care to these patients. What I love most about this program is the mentorship and guidance we receive from our amazing attendings."

The Vascular Surgery Fellowship Program here at Cedars-Sinai has surpassed my expectations even for a top choice program. It all starts with an enthusiastic family environment where staff are not only excellent mentors but friends. In turn, we are able to work with the residents and cultivate our own abilities as mentors. Our mix of academic and private faculty are all motivated teachers and come together as a division to provide a perfect learning experience. The breadth of cases is truly great and the volume more than sufficient to provide clinical and technical comfort with a wide array of pathologies and operations. Couple all of this with the ability to live in this city and the fellowship experience here at Cedars is something I would pick again every single time."
